Our Mission is to establish a reliable line of communication, the utmost in customer service, and provide accurate operational updates; provide superior designs and project management; establish proactive procedures to maintain, repair, and replace all District real estate and support systems; aggressively oversee all operations involved in manufacturing and distributing all utilities; ensure reliable fire prevention, detection and security systems; and enforce compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
